Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about Partial Body.
Partial Body waxing covers specific zones you choose — arms, lower legs, underarms, chest, back, bikini lines or smaller areas. Our therapist will discuss your needs and recommend combinations so you leave smooth and confident, tailored to your comfort and timing.
Appointment length varies by chosen areas; typically a partial body waxing takes about 15 to 45 minutes. Single small zones may be very quick, while multiple sections or sensitive areas require more time for careful, comfortable service and aftercare guidance.
Some discomfort is normal, but our technicians use timed pulls, temperature-controlled wax, and soothing pressure to reduce pain. You can request numbing products or breathing techniques. Pain usually decreases with regular visits as hair thins and treatments become quicker and less sensitive.
Before your appointment, grow hair to about 1/4 inch, exfoliate gently a day or two beforehand, and avoid heavy creams or tanning. Arrive clean and hydrated; avoid blood-thinning medication if possible. Tell us about sensitivities so we can personalize care.
For most clients, Partial Body waxing is ideal every four to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth. Regular appointments lead to finer regrowth and longer intervals between treatments. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your hair cycle and personal goals.
Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, saunas, intense exercise and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Wear loose clothing, apply a gentle soothing lotion or aloe, and skip exfoliation for two days. Contact us if you notice prolonged irritation or signs of infection.
